This bracket system is built to withstand the harshest outdoor elements without rusting. Contains one Premium top arm and one bottom spring arm to hang a single banner. Constructed of long-lasting stainless steel and aluminum with fiberglass poles. The spring arm has a 1 degree incline to keep banners taut and easily snaps back into place after graphic changes.
