What does CCB Imprint do?

CCB Imprint is a full-service promotional products and decorated apparel company. We help businesses put their brand on the things people actually use and keep — custom apparel, drinkware, bags, hats, branded gifts, trade show items, and more. From a single event kit to an ongoing marketing campaign, we handle product sourcing, artwork setup, decoration, and fulfillment.

How do I get a quote?

Reach out to us directly with the basics — what you're looking for, how many pieces, and when you need them. We'll put together a quote and product recommendations that fit your budget and timeline. The more detail you can share upfront (event date, preferred brands, decoration style), the faster we can turn it around.

Is there an order minimum?

Minimums vary by product and decoration method — you can find these on each product page. Rush and specialty items sometimes carry higher minimums. If you have a small run or a unique request, just ask — we'll tell you what's possible.

02 · ARTWORK & PROOFS

Artwork & proofs

How to get your files to us, what to expect at proof, and how color matching works.

What file formats do you need for my logo?

Vector files work best: AI, EPS, PDF. High-resolution PNGs (300 dpi or higher) are also fine for most applications. If your file isn't print-ready, our art team can work with what you have or quote you on a recreation. We keep approved artwork on file so reordering is easy.

Will I see a proof before production starts?

Yes. For all decorated orders, we send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes into production. You can request edits at that stage. To keep your order on schedule, we ask for proof feedback within 1-2 business days; if we don't hear back within that period your proof is auto-approved and will move forward to production.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

We do our best to match your colors as closely as possible. If you have a specific PMS number, share it with us and we'll note it on your order. Thread and ink colors are finite, so exact matches aren't always possible, but we'll get as close as the decoration method allows. Screen printing offers the most precise color control. Embroidery and heat transfer are matched by eye to the closest available option.

What decoration methods do you offer?

Our in-house capabilities include:

  • Embroidery classic look, great for structured garments and hats
  • Screen printing vibrant, cost-effective for larger runs on soft goods
  • Direct-to-film (DTF) full-color transfers with no minimums, works on almost any fabric
  • Direct-to-garment (DTG) photographic-quality prints, best for small runs
  • Laser engraving precise, permanent marks on hard goods like drinkware and awards

Not sure which method is right for your project? We'll recommend based on your art, product, and quantity.

Which method is best for my order?

It depends on your design, garment type, and quantity. A few rough guides:

  • Simple logo on a polo or hatembroidery
  • Bold graphic tee for an eventscreen print or DTF
  • Full-color photo or complex artwork on apparelDTF or DTG
  • Laser-markable drinkware or metal goodslaser engraving

If you have a preference, let us know. Otherwise, we'll make the call based on what will look best.

Shipping & delivery

Where we ship and what to know about multi-address fulfillment.

Do you ship to multiple locations?

Yes. Drop-shipping to individual addresses is available through our gift box program. Per-address fees may apply for individual products.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to most international destinations. Duties, taxes, and longer transit times are the customer's responsibility. Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on the country. Let us know where you're shipping and we'll confirm availability.

How we invoice and what happens if something isn't right.

What payment terms do you offer?

We accept major credit cards and offer Net 30 terms for approved accounts. Contact us to set up terms before placing your first order.

What if I'm unhappy with my order?

If your order has a defect or the decoration quality is significantly different from the approved proof, contact us within 30 days of receiving. Custom decorated items aren't returnable for change-of-mind, but your satisfaction matters to us — reach out and we'll work through it.
