CCB Imprint Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.ccbimprint.com (the "Site") and any order you place with CCB Imprint ("CCB Imprint," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or signing up for our emails or text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Who We Are
CCB Imprint decorates apparel, headwear, drinkware, bags, and other promotional products with your logo or artwork. We are located at 38500 Tanger Dr, Suite 101, North Branch, MN 55056.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you order on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@ccbimprint.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
3.1 No minimums. Products on the Site can be ordered as a single piece unless a product page says otherwise.
3.2 Pricing. Prices shown on the Site update based on product, quantity, color, decoration method, and number of decoration locations. Displayed "each for 50" prices are examples at that quantity. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, plus any applicable shipping and taxes.
3.3 Errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel or adjust the order. If we do, we will contact you before charging any difference or will refund any amount already paid.
3.4 Payment. Payment is due at checkout unless we have agreed to other terms in writing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
3.5 Order acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, artwork we cannot legally reproduce, or product availability. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
3.6 Availability. Blank products come from third-party suppliers. If an item or color becomes unavailable, we will contact you with options before production.
4. Artwork and Proofs
4.1 Your artwork. You may upload logos, images, text, or other materials ("Artwork"). Our art team may adjust Artwork so it can be printed, embroidered, or engraved.
4.2 Proofs. We send a free digital proof for every decorated order. Nothing goes into production until you approve the proof. Please review spelling, colors, size, placement, and quantities carefully.
4.3 Your approval is final. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for everything shown on it. We are not responsible for errors in an approved proof, including spelling, grammar, design, or placement.
4.4 Color and placement. Screens and printed or stitched products display color differently. Exact color matches are not guaranteed unless you request a specific PMS color match and we confirm it in writing. Small variations in placement and size are normal in decorated goods.
4.5 Your rights to Artwork. By submitting Artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that reproducing it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to indemnify CCB Imprint against any claim arising from Artwork you provide. We may refuse any Artwork we believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or obscene.
4.6 License to us. You give us a limited license to use your Artwork only to produce your order and to show you proofs. We will not use your logo in our own marketing without your permission.
5. Production and Shipping
5.1 Production time. Standard orders typically ship about two weeks after you approve your proof. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless we confirm a specific in-hands date in writing. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Call (855) 458-0381.
5.2 Holiday and event deadlines. Order-by dates we publish for holidays or events assume prompt proof approval. Delays in approving a proof, changing an order, or providing Artwork can move the ship date.
5.3 Shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help file a claim with the carrier.
5.4 Addresses. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address are your responsibility.
6. Changes and Cancellations
All orders are final once payment is processed. Because every order is made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after checkout, except as described in Section 7.
We do not decorate anything until you approve your proof. Before approval, you may request changes to the artwork, placement, or colors shown on the proof. After you approve the proof, the order goes into production and the design cannot be changed. If we are able to accommodate a change after approval, any costs already incurred will be charged.
7. Returns, Misprints and Defects
7.1 Custom goods. Because every order is made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing selected by you, or approved designs.
7.2 Our mistakes. If we make an error that does not match your approved proof, or a product arrives defective or damaged, email info@ccbimprint.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reprint the affected items, replace them, or issue a refund for those items, at our choice.
7.3 Quantity variance. Decorating occasionally damages a blank. If we ship fewer pieces than ordered, we will refund or remake the missing pieces.
8. Discounts and Promotions
8.1 Codes. Discount codes are valid only as stated in the offer, including any minimum order value, eligible products, and dates. Unless an offer says otherwise, codes are limited to one per order, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to past orders, taxes, or shipping.
8.2 Welcome offer. The WELCOME25 code gives $25 off a customer's first order of $100 or more, before taxes and shipping. Limit one per customer, company, or shipping address.
8.3 Changes. We may change or end any promotion at any time. We may cancel orders that use a code in violation of its terms.
9. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our emails, you agree to receive marketing emails from CCB Imprint, such as new products, offers, and order deadline reminders. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Order and proof emails are transactional and will still be sent while you have an active order.
10. Text Message (SMS/RCS) Program Terms
10.1 Program. By opting in to CCB Imprint text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (which may be sent as SMS, MMS, or RCS) from CCB Imprint at the mobile number you provide, including offers, product updates, cart reminders, and order updates.
10.2 Consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
10.3 Frequency. Message frequency varies.
10.4 Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
10.5 Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resubscribe.
10.6 Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@ccbimprint.com or (855) 458-0381.
10.7 Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10.8 Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at www.ccbimprint.com/privacy.
11. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the Site's operation, scraping content in bulk, or using the Site for anything unlawful. All Site content, including text, graphics, product images, and the CCB Imprint name and logo, belongs to CCB Imprint or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Third-party brand names and logos shown on the Site belong to their owners.
12. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, testimonial, or photo, you give us permission to display it on the Site and in our marketing. Do not submit anything false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
13. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these Terms, the Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Blank products carry only the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, CCB Imprint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed event dates. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCB Imprint and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Artwork, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Site.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@ccbimprint.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or placing an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
