CCB Imprint Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information CCB Imprint collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to ccbimprint.com, our pop-up and signup forms, our emails and text messages, and orders you place with us.

CCB Imprint is operated by CCB Imprint, LLC, a Minnesota LLC ("CCB Imprint," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use our site, and information from partners who help us run the business.

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name and job title.
• Order details: billing and shipping addresses, products ordered, quantities, decoration choices and order notes.
• Payment details: processed by our payment provider. We don't store full card numbers.
• Artwork and files: logos, designs and other files you upload for proofs and production.
• Signup form answers: for example, what you're buying merch for (team, client gifts, events or your brand).
• Messages: emails, texts, chats and calls with our team.

Gift recipient information

When you send a gift, you may give us a recipient's name, email or address. Only share someone's information if you have the right to. We use it only to deliver and support that gift.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address and approximate location.
• Pages viewed, links clicked, referring site and time on site.
• Whether you open our emails or click links in them.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from payment, shipping, analytics and marketing partners, such as delivery status or campaign performance.

How we use information

We use your information to run your orders, support you and tell you about offers you asked to hear about.

• Process, produce, ship and support orders, including proofs and mockups.
• Deliver gifts to the recipients you choose.
• Send order updates, receipts and service messages.
• Send marketing emails and texts if you opted in, including welcome offers and discount codes.
• Personalize recommendations based on what you tell us and how you use our site.
• Measure and improve our site, products and marketing.
• Prevent fraud, protect our business and comply with the law.

We don't sell your personal information for money.

Email and text message marketing

We only send marketing emails and texts to people who sign up, and you can stop them at any time.

Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order and service emails may still be sent after you unsubscribe.

Text messages (SMS). By entering your phone number and submitting a CCB Imprint signup form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from CCB Imprint at that number.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information is never shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share them only with the providers that send our messages, such as Klaviyo.

How we share information

We share information only with partners who help us serve you, and when the law requires it.

These partners may use your information only to provide services to us.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your cart, show our signup form at the right time and measure what's working.

Some cookies come from partners like our analytics and email providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; our site does not currently respond to it, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires.

Retention, security and children

Retention. We keep information as long as needed to fill orders, support you, meet legal and tax requirements and resolve disputes. Uploaded artwork is kept so you can reorder easily, and deleted on request.

Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children. Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Location. We are based in the United States and store information there.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of marketing at any time, and depending on where you live you may have more rights over your data.

• Marketing: unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and reply STOP to any text.
• Access and correction: ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to fix it.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of targeted advertising or "sharing": some U.S. states, including California, give you this right.
• Appeal: if we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for major changes we'll notify you by email or on our site.
