Is there a minimum order?
Nope. Every product in our online store can be ordered as a single piece. Your price per piece drops as quantity goes up, so bigger orders save more.
What does the “each for 50 items” price include?
It's the price per piece with your logo decorated in one location (for example a left-chest print), when you order 50. Your exact price updates live in the design studio as you choose quantity, colors and placements.
How long will my order take?
Standard orders ship about two weeks after you approve your proof. Have a hard deadline? Call us at (855) 458-0381 and ask about rush options.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. We email a free digital proof for every decorated order. Nothing goes into production until you approve it, and you can request changes at that stage.
Can you help with my logo or artwork?
Absolutely. Upload whatever you have — our art team will prepare it for print or embroidery and let you know if anything needs attention.
Print or embroidery — which should I choose?
Embroidery looks premium on polos, jackets and hats. Printing is great for tees and hoodies, full-color logos and bigger designs. Not sure? Give us a call and we'll recommend the best fit.
